Thirty First Week of Pregnancy
As you progress through the third trimester, you may start experiencing leakage of a fluid (colostrum) or premilk from your breasts. Colostrum or premilk is yellowish or creamy substance which is usually thicker than milk.
Thirty First Week of Pregnancy is the first stage of milk that is formed in your breast and may last for several days after the birth of your baby. However, many women don’t have any noticeable Colostrum until after delivery.

Under the guidance of your obstetrician, you can get to know about the breathing and relaxations exercises that you may adopt from now onwards to ease things during labour.
Certain yogic asanas and stretching exercises may also help to strengthen and relax the muscles and Ligaments in the body. So start some Prenatal yoga or light exercises under the supervision of your doctor in your antenatal classes.
Common problems in the Thirty First Week of Pregnancy
You may begin to experience Braxton Hicks contractions at this point. Some women may experience Braxton Hicks contractions as early as the second trimester; however, their frequency seems to increase in the third Trimester.
These contractions are usually infrequent, irregular and painless. You may also experience tightening of the Uterus for around 30–60 s or long as 2 min. The Ligaments supporting the Pelvis loosen, to the extent that the joint supporting the pelvic bones fail to work properly.
The condition is referred to as symphysis pubis dysfunction (SPD) and could be a cause of extreme distress for some women. A lot of women around Thirty First Week of Pregnancy also seem to have hip pains.
